What do you wear?
We try our very best to blend without looking under or over dressed. We are not "all black everything" photographers because, honestly, we're not attending a funeral. We will always be dressed appropriately in attire that allows us to be wedding appropriate, fashion-forward, but also comfortable so that we're able to sit, stand, move, crouch, bend, possibly jump, and definitely dance! If your wedding day requires a dress code, please let us know. We can be fancy too.
How many photos do you take/deliver?
As you can imagine, every wedding is different. The amount of photos taken vs the amount of photos delivered is also different. Vastly different. Digital photography allows us to shoot as many photos as we could possibly want, and as a result, there is no specific number of images that we can guarantee will be taken/delivered. Just because we have the ability to shoot thousands of photos doesn't mean that every one of those photos is worthy of delivery. We make two different rounds of selects before we even begin to edit your images, weeding out all of the photos that don't measure up to our standards of quality. However, in our wedding photography agreement that you will sign, we do guarantee a minimum of 500 images delivered for a full 8 hour day. That being said, we have never delivered so few photos to any wedding client. Ever. The range for most wedding deliveries is approximately 800-1300 images.
How do we book you? Do you offer a payment plan?
You can inquire to book us for your big day by clicking the 'Inquire' tab at the top of your screen, or by clicking here. Fill out and submit our inquiry form and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can. In our reply email, we will notify you if we have your date available as well as give you extensive package and pricing information. We throw in a little blurb about us just in case you haven't read our About page.
Also, at this time we do not offer a payment plan for any wedding packages booked. However, you are able to split your total package cost into two separate payments. A 50% retainer at the time of contract signing and the remaining balance a week before your wedding date.
How much do you charge?
We offer several different wedding packages, all of which are customizable to fit your specific needs/wants. You can find that information here.
When will I receive my finished photos?
We sound like a broken record, but again, every wedding is different. Some are only a few hours long while others can last for days. That being said, our delivery time is approximately 8-16 weeks.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, we have liability insurance and can provide proof to your vendor is need be. We also have insurance for all of our photo equipment.

Do you charge for travel?
If your wedding takes place in Orange County, CA, no travel fees will be applied. If your wedding takes place in the greater Los Angeles or San Diego areas, a one-time $50.00 fee will be applied. If your wedding takes place outside of OC, LA, or SD, travel costs will take effect. Gin & July requires lodging the night prior and the night of the wedding for any of these such weddings. If your wedding requires a plane flight or a train ride, such costs will also be applied to clients' total package cost.
Travel fees are the same for any elopements or out-of-the-way engagement or portrait sessions.
